Flotillo Uncommon

Former pastry chef of the dynasty, Flotillo reigned over the celestial kitchens with kindness... and whipped cream. Always jovial, he fed the royal family with desserts worthy of the stars. But since the great Storm and the disappearance of Kyrioz, no one orders anything from him anymore. So Flotillo cooks... to keep from losing control. One thing, however, makes him explode with rage: waste, and when it rains cakes on Clint City... it's because he's snapped!
