No trace in the records. No known face. Some say he was just a radio host before merging with the signal itself, others claim he was born from the howl of a loudspeaker during a protest... Behind his predatory smile and divine MC demeanor, lies an uncontrollable and very dangerous speaker. His words hypnotize. His punchlines burn neurons. He doesn't speak, he imposes: a vibratory demon, capable of saturating reality by simple modulation. Since he was appointed Minister of Culture of the D.I.C.T.A.T., every inhabitant must bow down to what he imposes as "culture". And contradicting him... is punished. Even guys like #Narke call him "the legalized nuisance". But Hypnos, he listens to no one.
