At Clint City Psychiatric Hospital, a patient believed himself to be the descendant of a great Roman emperor, an illusion exacerbated by his severe bipolar disorder, which he dubbed "Caesar's fever". One day, a mysterious man showed up, claiming to be a representative of the Paradox, an organization of so-called Artists. In return for huge bribes, he then left with the patient, leaving the hospital staff complicit in this strange transaction. Everyone knows, but nobody dares talk about it: they use these patients for their experiments and, after lobotomizing their brains, turn them into "living statues" in their museum. The madness of ancient history mingles with modern machinations in Clint City's largest museum.
