Observation Notes of Goure, Part VII, Chapter III: The Clockmaker of Mount Glatz.
My journey in search of the first Witch continues. #Lady Ametia had indicated to me that during the time of Rhynn, this Witch had frequented a Clockmaker...
But it wasn't #Astromos. I tried my luck near Mount Glatz.
I had already seen the magical ice creatures of #Gerdah, but here at the foot of the glacier, the worked rocks were animated by mechanisms.
The intense, paralyzing cold indicated to me that it was infused with cryoplasma.
And there he stood, delivering precise, powerful blows to the frozen crystals.
Thanks to the description from the blacksmith #Brok, I knew it was Cadmendus.
The imposing clockmaker was more of a sculptor, ice shards flying, revealing a terrifying face. But contrary to what I expected, there were no glasses on his forehead.
I recalled Lady Ametia's words, "find the Clockmaker with the sinister glasses."
It wasn't Cadmendus... And at that moment, a shiver ran down my spine as I realized who she meant.
