Adjoa, a native of the Isle of Fire, has been steeped in magic from an early age.
Her powers enable her to converse with animals, a gift inherited from her voodoo lineage.
She also has a particular fondness for snakes and, in combat, summons the mysterious white cobras nicknamed ""Triple"", as their bite induces triple vision and a very grisly end. Adjoa acquired her talents by discovering ancient manuscripts on her island after the X-bomb explosion, and has jealously guarded them ever since.
