Originally from the countryside between Clint City and Elektrozova, #Tshern witnessed the nuclear tests carried out by the Government on his land. Driven by a thirst for revenge against those responsible for the contamination, he joined the Roots. However, he soon realized that the real culprits were unreachable. So, Tshern decided to return to his native region, where his distant cousins had organized themselves into a clan! Renamed Obyl by the Cosmohnuts, he is now rediscovering the simple pleasures of farming... And he certainly doesn't want to be disturbed by anyone, especially not by those pesky #Sakrohm who have been hovering over Elektrozova with disturbing frequency of late!
