Rustechus, first report: this mecha, custom-built by the Riots after an order placed by the Sentinel, makes quite an impression. The city's police are faced with an eclectic mix of wildlife that they must deal with, and this mecha has a unique skill: capturing the malevolent will-o'-the-wisps lurking in the dark corners of Purgatory, who dare to venture all the way to Clint City to play at being cowboys!
