Hopelessly in love with Noon, Darren experienced a heart-rending love affair. Originally from Elektrozova, he had to leave for the family farm to support his family financially. Although this was an opportunity to fulfil their dream of having a big house, it also meant moving away from Noon, leaving their relationship in limbo. Unfortunately, Darren was then taken on a space expedition that took him far away from Earth. He found himself cultivating alien lands as part of a dubious scientific experiment. The months passed and Darren finally returned to Earth, but penniless and with an apparently reduced IQ. But the love he felt for Noon was as intense as ever. He sincerely hoped she had waited for him in his absence.
