Wale Uncommon

This hardy whale is a century-old creature that was held captive in a giant aquarium to entertain the crowds in the Uppers' neighborhood. Due to its age and progressive senility, it was released back into its natural habitat where it instinctively rejoined its people, the Aquanis, whose HQ is near the Waterwall. It's since become a conservationist and fights to protect the oceans from the ravages of Clint City, under the orders of its #Queen Naliah.
