Rex Sweig, a superhuman individual from a difficult background, who not only raised himself but had the onerous task of also looking after #Nash. Self-taught and educated, he devoured any books that came his way, learning effortlessly and then passing on this knowledge to his brother. But the two brothers’ immense intellectual abilities were offset by their impulsive natures. Rex was arrested a bunch of times after getting into fights, and although his knowledge of the law always allowed him to get away, apparently his last mishap was one step too far and a Polit judge finally decided to lock him up. #Nash was devastated and sank into deeper and darker thoughts. After a routine identity check resulted in him resisting arrest and being held in custody for possession of a brass knuckle, #Nash was hunted down like an animal by Lieutenant Cobretti who’d rounded up his troops. Untraceable by the Sentinel, #Nash ended up tracking down the Raptors and demanding that they recognize him as one of their own. After all, if it hadn’t been for him provoking those attacks with the sole intention of finding his brother, Rex, and proving his theory, the clan would never have even existed.
