As the master of the equations governing Clint City, the Administrator is a neutral program who's been around since the very first version of Clint Fighting. He's the creation of the developers of Acute Games - an obscure entity from a parallel dimension.
A significant anomaly has appeared at the same time as him, aggravated by recent dimensional disturbances: the core of the entire system is sick, inside and out.
As he is equipped with Vortex and Hive technology, the idea is to send the Administrator in the form of an ""inactive Oculus"", so he can wreak havoc and whip up a storm within the entire System, potentially protecting us from future infections!
