Cable Force heads up the Rescue subsidiary ""Save our Sakrohms"" (SOS) that's in charge of capturing any extra-terrestrials who've had either close or distant dealings with an Oculus ""super alien"", as well as those seen as ""contact"" cases, who could be potentially harmful to aliens residing in Clint City. Once identified, they have to be put in quarantine before they can apply for an official pass and legally set foot in Clint City.
