Since the fall of the "JNGA XII" meteorite on Clint City Zoo, hybrids have been popping up all over town as the radiation disperses. #Taki is one of these non-#Jungos as he didn't come from the zoo but instead mutated at a later date when the radiation seeped out.
Alone he started to clean up the oceans of old explosives, left over from various conflicts, until he was spotted by #Alfred Life who was on a rescue mission of his own. The information then got back to the clan, and #Taki was taken on by the #Rescue so he could continue his work with greater resources at his disposal!
