Rakhan Uncommon

The Aquanis are famous for being unfaithful so it’s little wonder their offspring pop up here, there and everywhere. But Rakhan, the son of an Aquanis and an Atua, has suffered as a result of his father’s passing fancies, having never been fully accepted by his own because of his appearance. So it came of no surprise that he should offer his skills to Bloodh: being of mixed race is of absolutely no consequence in the ill-assorted Pirana crew.
