Unbeknownst to the good folk of Clint City, some strange characters have just turned up in town. While the mysterious Aniki is welcomed at the airport by the Montana clan, Numar emerges from the ocean depths to get acquainted with the Ulu Watu. But will they manage to fit in with the locals? Well, they'll certainly stand a better chance than Nobrocybix's musical robot, Qubik, or Astrid's giant acid-spitting worm, Wurmhol.

The staff gave in because of too much pressure from Clint City clans who where asking for better introduction page. No one will ever know if it has been decided because of threats from Montana or Pussycats' smiles but we've prepared a brand new clans page where you'll find all information you need.

The Skeelz academy opens its doors mid-semester to welcome two new killer students. What with Drake's flames and Belgosi's fangs, recess will never be the same again! Meanwhile the Pussycats turn to Selina to make her mark on their patch, and the Piranas take their chances with Puff, hoping he'll be a breath of fresh air in the clan.

It might have taken years for these two old friends to meet up again, but now it's happened. Kreenk Ld has decided to join the Bangers to track down Gaff, his old buddy who introduced him to the world of graffiti.
Kreenk Ld is a legendary character who's only available by carrying out missions associated with him. To get hold of this character, you need to unlock his last mission before January 09.

As their ultra-advanced technology has not been enough to bring the clans of Clint City to their knees, the Vortex has adopted a new strategy by unleashing Krung, a ferocious wild animal onto the city's streets. He's accompanied by Drorb, an effective and very discreet spy. Meanwhile the Freaks welcome a new star in the shape of Pyro, while down with the Jungo, Rodney's getting started on his bowling career.

Offended by a rude remark made about her at the last clan meeting, Jackie has decided to leave the town for good to find a place that's more open to diversity (without saying exactly where). Unable to establish whether there's a link between the two decisions, Noodile announced just a few hours later that she too was leaving Clint City.
From Monday, 6 December 2010, Jackie and Noodile will no longer be available in the shop's packs. However, players who already own them can continue to use them as normal. Sales of the two characters on the market will be blocked until the morning of Wednesday, 1 December.

A new group of characters has just turned up on Urban Rivals -  the legendary characters. They are not available in the shop and cannot be exchanged between players. There's only one way of getting hold of them and that's by winning them!
Each legendary character is linked to one or several missions that allow you to win them. But be warned, these missions have a time limit and you must complete the mission before the deadline is up to win the character.  When there are no missions left allowing you to win a legendary character, you can still play for it. However, to make it available again, you must wait for a new mission to appear in which you can win it. The time this takes may vary. So, you haven't got a moment to lose! They've been lying low now for several months but it couldn't last. The Uppers throw themselves back in the fray and they're angrier than ever. To lead the revolt, they can now rely on Herman, who's what you'd call heavy reinforcements! Meanwhile, the Bangers welcome Garrik, the city's speediest delivery man, the Nightmare wheel out Arawaka and La Junta take on Isatis.

From their HQ on the top of Golden Mountain, the Fang Pi Clang has just set loose on the city one of their most devastating secret weapons - Tsubame.  Meanwhile, the Sentinel can now rely on Kyle to find out more for them about time travel, while the GHEIST welcome Elke and the Sakrohm sign up Pieter.

During the night between October 31st and November 1st, the 31/10 DT at 10 pm and the one from midnight to 1 am 1/11 will be terrifiiiiiiiying...

To impose his will and take control of the city, there's nothing like a bit of brute force. Convinced that violence is the answer, it is with great pleasure that the Vortex welcome the fearsome creature, C Beast, to their ranks. In response, the Montana turn to Tino, another sort of equally grizzly creature. Elsewhere in the city, the Piranas welcome Ector while Burdock joins forces with the Roots.

The residents of Clint City are well aware that a walk in town has always held its share of surprises. But with the city's latest arrivals, the situation seems to have stepped a level or two. The All Stars welcome out-of-control mascot, Spudd to their numbers, while new Ulu Watu, Serena, patrols the beaches astride a dolphin. Meanwhile, Saho, a new and very unusual student joins the Skeelz and the Rescue add Lothar, a new music-loving assistant to their ranks.

Their emperor's arrival has boosted the morale of the Vortex and with the two new recruits that turned up this week in the shape of Butch and Lovhak, they can now relaunch their offensive, confident of the danger they pose. Meanwhile, the Nightmare welcome Orlok to their ranks, a very cute but nasty demon, and the Jungo let Eduardo loose on the city's streets.

In order to make the ELO mode even more fun and to introduce more variety to the decks played, we've decided to bring in temporary character bans. These bans will be changed on a regular basis and will allow us to offer you different challenges each week. Please note that unlike the permanently banned characters, the temporarily banned characters will not lead to penalties in the DTs.

As his men seem incapable of annihilating the Clint City clans, the Vortex's merciless emperor, Dregn has decided to leave his fortress and come to Clint City in person.  At his side is Galen, the Vortex's unflappable engineer, who has sprung into action to strengthen the link between Clint City and the future. Meanwhile, unaware of Dregn's imminent arrival, the Freaks present their new star attraction, Magda, the Roller Ball champion, and Jiro joins forces with the Junkz to party the nights away.

After some testing and tweaking the Deathmatch mode is finally leaving the beta testing phase to join the other Urban Rivals' game modes officially. In support of the new launch we have created new missions for this game mode. Simply logon and play to discover them all!

In order to make the ELO mode even more interesting, we've decided to add a few more characters to the list of characters banned by staff in ELO. Please note that as with the other characters banned by staff in ELO, two penalty points will be removed in DTs if you have these characters in your team. 
Here is the list of characters: Smokey Cr, Caelus, Charlie, Wanda, Shakra, Sylth, Striker, Hugo, Morphun, Eyrik, Ambre, Eklore.
These bans will come into effect from September 13th. 

For years now, he's been roaming the city's streets with the Ulu Watu for the glory of his clan. But today, Tanaereva has decided to get back on his board and go off surfing solo around the world. In his wake, Kreen is also making a discreet exit from the city. There's even talk of a secret mission being organized by Ongh. 
From Monday 6th September 2010, Tanaereva and Kreen characters will no longer be available in the Shop's packs. However, players who already own them can continue to use them as normal. 
Sales of the two characters on the market will be blocked until the morning of Wednesday 1st September. 

Even within the most united Clans, some members prefer to go it alone. This is certainly the case for Ray, La Junta's new member. Solitary guardian of the Northern Mountains, he patrols solo, warding off any dangers lurking in these chilly climes. Down with the Skeelz, all anyone's talking about is Eloxia, their new cold-blooded student. Meanwhile, the Sakrohm welcome Embolt to their ranks and the Bangers can now rely on the help of Kevlaer.

The election of Miss Clint City 2010 is in full swing and we finally have an ambassador for each clan.
It is your turn to choose who will represent the city for a year.

Although the Vortex have made quite an impression, it clearly hasn't been enough to bring their rivals into line and now they're going to have to head off the enemy response. So while the Fang Pi Clang welcome the formidable Zinfrid to their ranks, the very sexy Candice joins forces with the Pussycats. Gianfranco throws in his lot with the Montana and the Piranas can now count on the rather disconcerting Raeth.

The clans of Clint City are standing strong and the Vortex are quickly realizing that to achieve their mission they're going to need to crank things up a notch or two. Fortunately for them, they can now rely on the support of Kobalth and Onyx. Until now, the summoner's bodyguards had stayed very much in the background but they've finally decided to throw themselves into the fray. Meanwhile, the Jungo can now count on Nahema, while Harold joins forces with the Uppers.

Before we go ahead with any lasting changes to the ELO mode, we'd like to use the summer period to test out some of our ideas. You may have already heard that we hope to extend the list of characters banned and use these bans not only to balance up the game but also to liven up the mode and encourage you to vary your decks. And that's why in August the list of characters banned will significantly increase and will then change from week to week. Please feel free to join in on the forum to have your say on these changes. Although the Vortex made a big impact, they failed in their initial plan to wipe out the other clans on arrival and now the clans are starting to fight back. So, while the Vortex welcome new comers Dagg and C Wing to their ranks, the Sentinel sign up Katja and the Rescue recruit Cliff. The clans of Clint City haven't said their last word...

Now that the Vortex has set up their first base in Clint City, it's time to get down to more serious business and with this week's impressive reinforcements things should really start hotting up. To ensure their attack is hard and fast, the Vortex can rely on Oflgn, a fearsome warrior prince and C Blade, a merciless creature, while Cyb Lhia and Lehrg take care of tunneling through time. Will the Clint City Clans be able to head off this attack?

They've traveled a very long way from the Future and are certainly not there for sightseeing! Under the orders of their tyrannical emperor, the members of the Vortex Clan have come to Clint City to eradicate, at its very roots, the trouble that will be caused by the Clint City Clans in the future. The first to arrive in town are Neloe, Deea, Sunder and Heegrn, who are there to case the joint and prepare for the imminent arrival of the other clan members. The invasion is underway. Who can stop it now?

The ferocity of the GHEIST was already well known but it's just stepped up a level with the arrival of Draheera, the fighting panther. Meanwhile, the Fang Pi Clang can now count on the experience of Yumi, while the Junkz welcome Sentogan and the Skeelz open their doors to Aigwon.

To send the city into further disarray and to strengthen their influence, the Nightmare clan has had the fiendish idea of bringing back from the dead, serial killer Vince. Faced with this prospect the other clans do their best to respond. The Freaks welcome Baldovino to their ranks, while Stacey joins the All Stars and Janice makes herself at home among the Ulu Watu.

To come out on top in Clint City, discretion and efficiency sometimes need to be favored over brute force. And the Junta's new recruit, Nahomi is all too aware of this. Meanwhile the Jungo welcome Wendy while Gertjan joins forces with the Roots and Pesth finds his place on the decks of the Pirana's ship.

The Clint City fire fighters have always had their work cut out for them but since Vito joined the Montana's they don't have a moment's down time and have had to cancel all vacation until otherwise instructed. Meanwhile the Pussycats welcome Veronica, while the Bangers open their doors to Angie and Wilhem joins the Skeelz.

To strengthen their numbers and outdo their opponents, the Clint City clans are in no way opposed to scanning the four corners of the globe, or further still, to unearth new talent. And so the Sentinel welcome Zhang, fresh from Hong Kong, to their ranks, while the Sakrohm make room for Sigma, just back from the stellar reaches. Meanwhile, the more traditional Rescue clan recruits Benson, while the Uppers join forces with Jonas.

While some of the clans rely on muscles to make a difference, others look to the power of the intellect. It's hard to say which will be the winning strategy but the fight should be something else.  While the All Stars welcome athletic Essie to their numbers, the Jungo turn to Ronald and his powers of deduction. Meanwhile, the Nightmare can now rely on Mawpin , while Orlando joins forces with the Ulu Watu.

After years of struggle, the Roots have come to the conclusion that they still haven't achieved their aim. But fortunately, they can now rely on Ojibway and his ancestral magic to lend more weight to their arguments.
