At the manor, the creatures of the night were so preoccupied with Karkass's arrival that their meteor almost went unnoticed. Dudley is the only one who can resist the charms of the original witch. And now that he's in a relationship, he's trying to take care of his health. So to stop his blood sugar spiking too much, he takes a digestive walk in the cemetery after every kilo of candy ingested! It was during one of these late-night strolls that he came across an egg that had fallen from the sky... At first, he thought it was an Easter egg that had been put there a little too hastily. He was just about to eat it, when the egg hatched, releasing a bat unlike any other. Usually silent, the vampire bat now sometimes whispers dark prophecies in Dudley's ear. "The witch will soon leave the clan. She's not one of us! Don't let her regain all her powers... Her rejuvenation will be our death knell!" Dudley doesn't understand everything, but he's very happy to have a faithful companion who gives him regular blood tests. And Chiropterine, or N37 compound, has gone on to become a champion and a real mascot for the Nightmare clan.
